We are a small agency, so we keep to what we are good at. The website comes first. The other two are separate services you can add later, if and when they would actually help.

Separate serviceSet up properly and kept ticking over. We get your Instagram and Facebook looking like they belong to the same business as your website, then make the posts and short-form video so you are not staring at an empty grid on a Sunday night.

We do not ask for and do not want special category data (things like health or ethnicity), payment card details through this website, or anything about children.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Only the suppliers we need to run the business, and only so far as they need it. That typically means our email provider, our website host and domain registrar, our accountant, and — where you have asked for those services — the social media or automation platforms your work runs on. Each of these acts under contract and may not use your information for their own purposes.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We aim to keep information within the UK or European Economic Area. Some of our suppliers are based outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your information keeps essentially the same protection.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we have relied on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did beforehand.
Email info@insonemcapital.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge in ordinary cases.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

This site loads a web font from Google Fonts so the type displays correctly. Google receives your IP address as part of that request but does not set a cookie for it. We do not run advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Doing so on this site may mean you are asked about cookies again on your next visit. There is more general guidance at ico.org.uk.

It is a design concept prepared for you to look at; it is not a finished website, and asking for one does not create a contract between us. We keep the copyright in any mock-up until a build is agreed and paid for, at which point the finished work is yours. We may decline a request, and either of us can walk away at any point before a written quote is accepted.
